Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within the same day if products are ordered before 5 pm. Anything ordered after 5 pm will be processed, the first thing the next morning.
Our Online store operates weekdays only, all orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
This is an estimate of shipping costs. If we are sending out larger items these may cost a little more.

The approximate delivery times provided are estimates only and exclude any courier delays, processing time and public holidays. Delivery may also be delayed during heavy sale or promotional periods.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Please ensure the item is addressed to a physical address as we do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order has been picked and dispatched you will be emailed a shipping confirmation email. This email includes a tracking link for every parcel on its way to you. With this link, you can track the progress of your deliveries.
By clicking on the link in the email you will be taken to the Courier-Post website, where you can track the progress of your delivery. You can also manually enter a tracking number.
You will receive the tracking link/s once the full order has been dispatched. This means in the case of multiple parcels being dispatched, you will receive the links once they have all been completed.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Diamonds on Seddon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Diamonds on Seddon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy

We Ship NZ Wide. If there are any international orders, please inquire using our contact page before ordering, this way we can see if it is a possibility. If it is possible, we will try our best to ship your gift to you, as quick as possible.
